All properties were checked by qualified electrician on 19th May 2022 and certified. Inspection reports are available on request.

All properties were inspected by Gas Safe engineer in December 2022 and certified.  Reports are available on request.

Smoke/heat alarms were tested by authorised person in October 2022.
