The room was spacious and well maintained with a large desk for study and plenty of space for clothes and other such items. The house itself was in a great location, a short walk from Tesco's, Surrey Sports Park, and the university campus, so a perfect choice for students. A decent sized garden and quiet neighbours made for a calm living environment all year round.

A year of student accommodation that perfectly fit my needs. The space and locality of the property was perfect for my needs, the landlord was consistantly helpful and friendly at each step of the way, would highly recommend this company for students looking for housing.

I stayed at 47 Ashenden for 2 years while I studied at the university and am very happy that I did. After hearing about the problems people had with the letting agents in Guildford, I decided a private landlord might be the best call and it turned out to be a good call. The longest I had to wait for anything to get repaired was a few days max and they were a lot more lenient on other issues as well. Not to mention both Tesco’s and the university being within 5 minutes walking distance.
Overall, I am very happy with my stay at 47 Ashenden.
The house is very spacious with large double bed rooms providing enough desk space and a suitable wardrobe. The kitchen is suitable for students with enough space for multiple people and a moderately sized fridge. The garden is extremely large with a patio and small garage to be used for any extra storage. The location is perfect for students as it is walking distance from the university campus, tesco and surrey sports park. There are many students living on the street so there is a good social aspect to living in the property aswell. -

Landlord is very humble and nice. Team attends to our requests readily. The house is big and has a beautiful garden. House location is perfect for university students.

I have lived at Fir Croft Letting’s house (10 Ashenden Road, GU2 7UU) for my second year at university and I am really glad I chose this accommodation. The location could not be better, less than 5 minutes walking distance to Tesco and 10 minutes away from University of Surrey, and Surrey Sports Park. The room was clean and equipped with everything I needed, and the landlord Andy was always there in case there was any problem, or you had some questions. I cannot recommend this more to any student that needs an accommodation.
I loved staying at 31 Ashenden Road for this year, the house and it’s appliances were of very good quality and Andy was very helpful whenever we needed anything. The rooms were all quite spacious and furnished with good quality furniture.

The house is situated in a prime location within Guildford with easy access to the University, Tesco and the Hospital. Locally it is also situated ideally with a whole host of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and only a short 15 min walk to the gym for any fitness enthusiasts. The service provided by Andy was also exemplary, very attentive and quick to respond to any arising issues. All in all, an enjoyable and pleasurable tenancy.

The quality of service I received was exceptional. The room and house is clean, with new furniture and all appliances were available. The landlord was always available to assist with any questions or situations. It is also very close to the school and tesco.

A lovely house with great size rooms in a perfect location. 15 minute walk from the uni, and only a short walk or bus ride to the town centre. Keeping in contact with the landlord was nice and easy, with any troubles or worries answered immediately. A great place to spend university life.
