Tenancy is joint tenancy starting from first of September 2024 for twelve months.
A detailed inventory will be created by us which will form part of the contract.
Tenants will be issued with a 'Tenants Information Pack/Moving In Pack' which contains all details of maintenance, isolation valve locations, tips on cleaning, safety alerts, emergency contact numbers, etc.
A security deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent is to be paid when signing the contract and will be registered with Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), a government approved provider.
A tenant form is to be completed by all tenants and should provide necessary documents in order for us to carry out referencing and compile tenancy contract.

All properties have a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Inspection Record, Portable Appliance Testing Record and Energy Performance Certificate, Emergency Evacuation Plan and a Fire Risk Assessment. The above documents will be provided for the tenancy including a current HMO licence.
The property and garden will be professionally cleaned for the start of tenancy.
All properties have Home Care cover from '24/7 Home Rescue', which covers any issues with the boiler, central heating and hot water supply.
